High quality, well equipped design apartment with a wonderful terrace with sunbeds and great sea views. Situated in an attractive building of holiday apartments in a fantastic, peaceful, elevated location a few minutes walk to the beach at Fiesa - Piran and local amenities (bars, restaurants and convenience store) and 15 minutes walk to central Piran along the beach (or 5 minutes by car). The property has one double bedroom, with overall capacity of 4, air-conditioning, parking, dishwasher, washing machine & internet.

Piran itself is atmospheric and beautiful packed with historic buildings, squares, great places to eat and drink & number of beach areas / swimming points to enjoy the warm Adriatic waters. A few kms from Piran are the bustling family resorts of Portotroz & Izola which offer a wide range of tourist facilities. Inland lies a picturesque wine growing country as well as attractions such as the world famous caves at Postojna, golf & the historic Lippizaner stud at Lipica. Slovenia's charming capital Ljubljana is an easy day trip as are trips into Italy & Croatia.

LOCATION

Apartment Villa Fiesa is positioned in an attractive apartment building in a secluded and quiet area of Fiesa, Piran's most appealing suburb. In an elevated position with great sea views, it is just a few minutes walk down to the beach at Fiesa which offers not just a place to swim but various opportunities for eating and drinking. The main beach centre at Fiesa continues all the way to the centre of Piran along a long stretch of wild pebbly beach which makes a lovely 15 minute walk into town. Alternatively by car it is an easy 5 minute drive to Piran centre. Piran is undoubtedly one of Slovenia's premier attractions & its most beautiful coastal town - a beautiful medieval Venetian town on a peninsula jutting out into the Adriatic, packed with historic buildings, charming squares, great places to eat and drink & a wide range of places to enjoy the warm Adriatic waters. The town focuses around Tartini Square which is overlooked by the iconic St George's Cathedral. A few kms from Piran are the bustling family resorts of Portotroz & the charming seaside town of Izola which offer a wide range of things to do. Inland lies picturesque wine growing country (mainly growing a delicious red grape variety unique to Slovenia - Refosk) & attractions such as world famous caves at Postojna, golf & the historic Lippizaner stud at Lipica. Slovenia's charming capital Ljubljana is just 90 minutes drive and day trips into Trieste & Venice in Italy or Croatia's beautiful Istrian coast are easily possible. A fantastic place to be based for a family or romantic break on the Adriatic.
