Lepa Soca House is a lovely modern Bovec holiday rental property situated in a quiet area of Cezsoca, a charming alpine village on the banks of one of Europe’s most beautiful rivers and 3km from the attractive resort town of Bovec . There is a huge range of outdoor activities in the area from hiking and mountain biking, which are possible from your doorstep, river pursuits such as rafting, kayaking, canyoning & fly fishing (there is an excellent kayak centre in the village) and mountain sports including paragliding and skiing at the resort of Kanin which is just five minutes drive from the house and has recently been connected to Sella Nevea in Italy to create an excellent cross-border resort. It is walking distance to local facilities (excellent restaurant, second bar / restaurant and local shop) and just a few minutes by car into Bovec where there are a wide range of shops, some fantastic restaurants and various other amenities, not to mention a pretty main square, lovely buildings and a great atmosphere (Bovec is a magnet for adventure sports enthusiasts which gives the place a vibrant, active, outdoors feel). The area focuses around the “Emerald” Soca River which is a remarkably beautiful and unspoilt river valley with its source in the heart of the Triglav National Park (a pristine alpine wilderness with its border just outside Bovec) and running down to the Italian Adriatic. Kobarid is the other main town of interest in the area, half an hour’s drive down the valley from Bovec, a small but beautiful town boasting some of Slovenia’s finest restaurants and a fantastic museum recording the role of the area in the 1st World War (it was one of the major fronts and the history of the area can also be explored by a number of trails taking in the historic sites along the valley). Further down the valley is the spectacular Tolminska Korita (Tolmin gorge) and a pretty lake at Most na Soci.

Lepa Soca Bovec House sets excellent standards of accommodation and comfort in a moden alpine style house with quality contemporary fittings and furnishings. The rented area of the property is located on the first and loft floors whilst on the ground floor there is just a storage area for the owner meaning that in the whole house (semi-detached) is private for your party and is an excellent quality choice within easy reach of Bovec and a stone's throw from the Soča River. The house accommodes 4-6 people in comfort with a great deal of care and attention put into it by its owners. A wonderful place for a couple, family or group of friends to be based to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Soca Valley.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Ein kleines gemütliches Appartment. Es war alles sehr gut beschrieben und die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte auch perfekt. Ich mag den Ort sowieso sehr gern. Ein kleiner typischer Ort direkt am Fluss. Leider gibt es keinen Supermarkt mehr, dafür gibt es einen Kajakshop, was jeden Paddler bestimmt sehr freut :) Es gibt auch Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen.

Great apartment! View from the master bedroom window is beautiful with mountains in the distance! Everything was clean, there were lots of board games and puzzles, and dvds. Great location for those who want to kayak etc. Only a couple of restaurants in the area, need to drive into Bovec or other towns for more.

Perfect house for 4 people.
The Lepa Soca House is a perfect place to stay at if you are visiting the Bovec area. It's located in Čezsoča, very near Bovec. It was really comfortable and very welcoming from the second we arrived. The view to the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. Since there was no light pollution in the area and on a few nights the sky was clear we could see thousands of stars all around. It was amazing. Unfortunately, we had two days of rain when we were there but the house had a solution to this problem. There were loads of movies and board games so we weren't bored during the rainy days. I would recommend this house to anyone who likes a hidden treasure like this one and I'd go back any time. Thank you for the experience.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes, für uns 3 mehr als ausreichendes Apartment in idealer Lage, um im Triglav Soca-auf und -ab Unternehmungen zu starten. Einrichtung hochwertig, sauber und gepflegt. Für Regentage stehen DVDs und ein paar Spiele zur Verfügung, auch Kinderspielzeug ist vorhanden. Empfehlung.
Lediglich die Küche könnte etwas mehr Stauraum vertragen, aber sonst alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Die Wohnung ist klasse, wir haben uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Nichts zu beanstanden, auch die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage in Cezsoca bietet super viele Möglichkeiten die Umgebung zu erkunden und zu genießen - was wir ausgiebig getan haben.

Top Lage, insgesamt ruhig gelegen, wobei die Nachtruhe abhängig von den Gästen der benachbarten Häuser ist. Wir hatten leider drei Nächte sehr laute Nachbarn. Austattung von Küche und Wohnung sehr gut. Wenn man länger als eine Woche bleibt, sollte man sich eine Garnitur Ersatzhandtücher mitnehmen und nur eine, wenn auch große Bettdecke für das Doppelbett ist sicher auch nicht jedermanns Sache. Da wäre es gut, wenn noch eine zusätzlich vorhanden wäre. Schränke sind auch etwas mager. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung aber sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt.
Modern, clean facility with all the amenities for our 3 night stay, including fridge, stove, pots, pans, French press for coffee and pretty much everything else. Nice balcony on which to relax and enjoy the view (although blocked a little by neighbouring buildings). We had cool nights but no A/C could make hot days a challenge. Eating places are walking distance away but we made the 5 minute drive into Bovec. Easy check-in from emailed instructions for key in a lockbox. Price was a little high but all-in-all worth it.
Appartement is in the 1st and 2nd floor but this didn't bother us. I would not recommend the internal narrow spiral staircase for small kids or elderly people, Comfortable beds and well equipped, mostly well-kept (minor damages), clean and friendly, good heat insulation on the top floor, perfect basis for joining the Soca Kajakschule, sometimes noisy from the near-by Vancar guesthouse (arriving guests in the night). We will come again.

Excellent location, a few steps from the river and the sports center. The house is cozy, well-equipped, has everything you need. Few missed the washing machine, but to wash and dry things can be in the camping "Polovnik". Thank you Anna, which has always been connected and is ready to help in all matters.
We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights while on vacation in Slovenia. The apartment was exceptionally good with special features such as a wide variety of DVDs, books, wines, games for children, etc. We felt very comfortable during our entire stay. The village itself is very quiet and cosy and there is a good restaurant just next door to the apartment and a small grocery shop around the corner. We really enjoyed our holiday in Slovenia, the mountain scenery was spectacular and the green/blue rivers and lakes beautiful, and great for swimming in (due to very hot weather). The people we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was located in a beautiful setting and very convenient for the local shop and restaurant. The apartment was modern, well equipped and very comfortable (our daughters particularly liked the choice of films). Whilst the cooking area was very small and difficult to use two pans at any one time, we managed pretty well. The apartment is located in a lovely quiet village, but is positioned opposite apartments and the restaurant. We therefore found some evenings quite noisy with people eating out until quite late, and children playing on the trampoline. Unfortunately for us, there was also some building work on a house opposite and the builders tended to start work at around 7am in the morning. So it was not as quiet as we would have liked. Having said this, we loved the location and really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Thanks for letting us know about the discounts. We would like to visit Slovenia again.

The stay was lovely. Really it could not have been bad in such a majestic location. There were a few things that did not work particularly well, like the shower, the knives, and the corkscrew (someone has replaced this last item), but otherwise the apartment was very thoughtfully outfitted. Sonya was kind enough to give us a ride to the bus on the morning of our departure, as well, which was especially kind.

We have had a brilliant holiday here. The apartment is lovely, so comfortable and well equipped. The games, magazines, books, CDs & DVDs make it feel very homely and luxurious! Cezsoca & Bovec are lovely, we're really glad we chose here as our base. We've been to Bled. walking in Triglav National Park, to Juliana Alpine garden, rafting and swimming in the Soca, up Mangart mountain and so on! It's been beautiful and peaceful (though perhaps too hot some days!). Hopefully we'll come back here for another holiday.
We have enjoyed our stay in Slovenia. The apartment is really beautiful with everything we have needed to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The surrounding area is spectacular with amasing views and places to visit. We particularly liked the Tolmin Gorges at Tolmunoka Korita although maybe not the narrow road leading to it where we met a tractor! but we made it. Hopefully we will be able to come back again as we still have so much more to see. Thank you again!
We enjoyed our stay in Slovenia very much. We had a great 9 days walking around in the mountains with stunning views, swimming in the rivers and bathing in the sun.
The apartment suited us perfectly, in was beautiful and well equipped, and we had only one complaint: a smell (probably from the bathroom) that was sometimes quite awful. We talked to the owner about it, and she seemed aware of the problem, so we take for granted that it will be solved when we come back next time :-)!
We also appreciated the kindness that we met everywhere – at the supermarket and tourist information as well as from local people and not least from Sonya, the owner. Wherever we came there was a smile and some kind words. People didn’t seem tired of tourists, but on the contrary happy to see us coming to see their beautiful country. We had a really lovely stay at the Lepa Soca Apartment. The bed and room was really comfortable, all the amenties we expected were provided and we made good use of the DVDs and CDs available. We also really enjoyed the garden area too. The location was great. We spent quite a bit of time at the apartment because I'm five months pregnant so that limited our excursions quite a bit! The only downside was the noise and inconvenience of the road works going on but obviously that can't be helped, it wasn't too bad and no fault of the apartment. I felt for the residents though! We stayed in Bled for two nights after the apartment and while that was pretty, it was noisy and crowded in comparison to Bovec and we started to miss the quiet of the apartment.
We thought Slovenia was exceptionally pretty (and we're from New Zealand so we're used to lots of stunning greenness) and the people were fantastic. We will certainly consider Slovenia again for another holiday with child in tow. Best regards
We, a family of 4 with 2 teenage children, stayed in this apartment from June 1st to 11th 2009, a very pleasant experience. Although I was worried about booking over the web, everything went according to plan and the apartment was exactly as it appeaed on the web, only better. It was relatively new, spotless and although compact, had everything we needed. The owners had very throughtfully provided a number of extras which made a big difference - a range of DVDs, music, books, games which really helped to keep us occupied on the wet days, of which there were several. Loved the quiet village location, the fantastic river Soca nearby and really enjoyded the atmosphere in the nearby town of Bovec. Did a range of activities - kayaking, canyoning, cycling. Canyoning not to be missed! Narrow spiral staircase might not be that suitable for elderly or those with very young children

Exactly the apartment we wanted for our family vacation with 3 kids. Some nice surprises such as the selection of DVDs for lazy days - especially the Narnia movie shot in the same valley! Custimer service was excellent, there's a nuice restaurant just around the corner and a selection of restaurants, several stores and activities in Bovec just a couple of kilometres away. And the whole valley with Soca river was stunningly beautiful! We'd recommend for anyone looking for an active vacation - biking, rafting, paddling, trekking etc. If you arrive late (after dark) from Ljubljana airport, consider taking the slightly longer route and arriving to Bovec via Italy. The shortest way over the mountain road is amazing in daylight but with all the tight turns it is slower at least in the dark. One note: the stairs leading to the second floor / bedroom are very steep - if you have toddlers you'll have to keep an eye on them!
This two storey house was very comfortable and had everything we needed as a couple. the lively town of Bovec is a few minutes' drive away and is excellent for shops, restaurants, activities etc. the Soca River and its surrounings are stunning and great for exploring particularly on foot or by bike. the village of Cezsoca is in a great setting. At the weekend in particular it is a popular base for those coming for rafting and other water activites. The service and support from Think Slovenia was excellent throughout.

We were positively surprised by the apartment where everything you need was included (it is not evrywhere we find DVD for the rainy days (for us just 1/2 day in the whole week)). We got the key on time, it was super clean. The village also perfect with a little shop where we can get everything we wanted. So, Slovenia was the first time for us, but it will be not the last time!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes, für uns 3 mehr als ausreichendes Apartment in idealer Lage, um im Triglav Soca-auf und -ab Unternehmungen zu starten. Einrichtung hochwertig, sauber und gepflegt. Für Regentage stehen DVDs und ein paar Spiele zur Verfügung, auch Kinderspielzeug ist vorhanden. Empfehlung.
Lediglich die Küche könnte etwas mehr Stauraum vertragen, aber sonst alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Die Wohnung ist klasse, wir haben uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Nichts zu beanstanden, auch die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage in Cezsoca bietet super viele Möglichkeiten die Umgebung zu erkunden und zu genießen - was wir ausgiebig getan haben.

Top Lage, insgesamt ruhig gelegen, wobei die Nachtruhe abhängig von den Gästen der benachbarten Häuser ist. Wir hatten leider drei Nächte sehr laute Nachbarn. Austattung von Küche und Wohnung sehr gut. Wenn man länger als eine Woche bleibt, sollte man sich eine Garnitur Ersatzhandtücher mitnehmen und nur eine, wenn auch große Bettdecke für das Doppelbett ist sicher auch nicht jedermanns Sache. Da wäre es gut, wenn noch eine zusätzlich vorhanden wäre. Schränke sind auch etwas mager. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung aber sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt.
Modern, clean facility with all the amenities for our 3 night stay, including fridge, stove, pots, pans, French press for coffee and pretty much everything else. Nice balcony on which to relax and enjoy the view (although blocked a little by neighbouring buildings). We had cool nights but no A/C could make hot days a challenge. Eating places are walking distance away but we made the 5 minute drive into Bovec. Easy check-in from emailed instructions for key in a lockbox. Price was a little high but all-in-all worth it.
Appartement is in the 1st and 2nd floor but this didn't bother us. I would not recommend the internal narrow spiral staircase for small kids or elderly people, Comfortable beds and well equipped, mostly well-kept (minor damages), clean and friendly, good heat insulation on the top floor, perfect basis for joining the Soca Kajakschule, sometimes noisy from the near-by Vancar guesthouse (arriving guests in the night). We will come again.

Excellent location, a few steps from the river and the sports center. The house is cozy, well-equipped, has everything you need. Few missed the washing machine, but to wash and dry things can be in the camping "Polovnik". Thank you Anna, which has always been connected and is ready to help in all matters.
We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights while on vacation in Slovenia. The apartment was exceptionally good with special features such as a wide variety of DVDs, books, wines, games for children, etc. We felt very comfortable during our entire stay. The village itself is very quiet and cosy and there is a good restaurant just next door to the apartment and a small grocery shop around the corner. Thank you for allowing us a memorable stay in Slovenia. We were very pleased with all of the amenities in the apartment. We really enjoyed our holiday in Slovenia, the mountain scenery was spectacular and the green/blue rivers and lakes beautiful, and great for swimming in (due to very hot weather). The people we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was located in a beautiful setting and very convenient for the local shop and restaurant. The apartment was modern, well equipped and very comfortable (our daughters particularly liked the choice of films). Whilst the cooking area was very small and difficult to use two pans at any one time, we managed pretty well. The apartment is located in a lovely quiet village, but is positioned opposite apartments and the restaurant. We therefore found some evenings quite noisy with people eating out until quite late, and children playing on the trampoline. Unfortunately for us, there was also some building work on a house opposite and the builders tended to start work at around 7am in the morning. So it was not as quiet as we would have liked. Having said this, we loved the location and really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Thanks for letting us know about the discounts. We would like to visit Slovenia again.

We enjoyed our stay in Slovenia very much. We had a great 9 days walking around in the mountains with stunning views, swimming in the rivers and bathing in the sun.
The apartment suited us perfectly, in was beautiful and well equipped, and we had only one complaint: a smell (probably from the bathroom) that was sometimes quite awful. We talked to the owner about it, and she seemed aware of the problem, so we take for granted that it will be solved when we come back next time :-)!
We also appreciated the kindness that we met everywhere – at the supermarket and tourist information as well as from local people and not least from Sonya, the owner. Wherever we came there was a smile and some kind words. People didn’t seem tired of tourists, but on the contrary happy to see us coming to see their beautiful country. So thanks for a nice holiday, and hope to see you and Slovenia again!
The stay was lovely. Really it could not have been bad in such a majestic location. There were a few things that did not work particularly well, like the shower, the knives, and the corkscrew (someone has replaced this last item), but otherwise the apartment was very thoughtfully outfitted. Sonya was kind enough to give us a ride to the bus on the morning of our departure, as well, which was especially kind.

We had a really lovely stay at the Lepa Soca Apartment. The bed and room was really comfortable, all the amenties we expected were provided and we made good use of the DVDs and CDs available. We also really enjoyed the garden area too. The location was great. We spent quite a bit of time at the apartment because I'm five months pregnant so that limited our excursions quite a bit! The only downside was the noise and inconvenience of the road works going on but obviously that can't be helped, it wasn't too bad and no fault of the apartment. I felt for the residents though! We stayed in Bled for two nights after the apartment and while that was pretty, it was noisy and crowded in comparison to Bovec and we started to miss the quiet of the apartment.
We thought Slovenia was exceptionally pretty (and we're from New Zealand so we're used to lots of stunning greenness) and the people were fantastic. We will certainly consider Slovenia again for another holiday with child in tow. Best regards

We have had a brilliant holiday here. The apartment is lovely, so comfortable and well equipped. The games, magazines, books, CDs & DVDs make it feel very homely and luxurious! Cezsoca & Bovec are lovely, we're really glad we chose here as our base. We've been to Bled. walking in Triglav National Park, to Juliana Alpine garden, rafting and swimming in the Soca, up Mangart mountain and so on! It's been beautiful and peaceful (though perhaps too hot some days!). Hopefully we'll come back here for another holiday.

The surrounding area is spectacular with amasing views and places to visit. We particularly liked the Tolmin Gorges at Tolmunoka Korita although maybe not the narrow road leading to it where we met a tractor! but we made it. We, a family of 4 with 2 teenage children, stayed in this apartment from June 1st to 11th 2009, a very pleasant experience. Although I was worried about booking over the web, everything went according to plan and the apartment was exactly as it appeaed on the web, only better. It was relatively new, spotless and although compact, had everything we needed. The owners had very throughtfully provided a number of extras which made a big difference - a range of DVDs, music, books, games which really helped to keep us occupied on the wet days, of which there were several. Loved the quiet village location, the fantastic river Soca nearby and really enjoyded the atmosphere in the nearby town of Bovec. Did a range of activities - kayaking, canyoning, cycling. Canyoning not to be missed! Narrow spiral staircase might not be that suitable for elderly or those with very young children
Exactly the apartment we wanted for our family vacation with 3 kids. Some nice surprises such as the selection of DVDs for lazy days - especially the Narnia movie shot in the same valley! Custimer service was excellent, there's a nuice restaurant just around the corner and a selection of restaurants, several stores and activities in Bovec just a couple of kilometres away. And the whole valley with Soca river was stunningly beautiful! We'd recommend for anyone looking for an active vacation - biking, rafting, paddling, trekking etc. If you arrive late (after dark) from Ljubljana airport, consider taking the slightly longer route and arriving to Bovec via Italy. The shortest way over the mountain road is amazing in daylight but with all the tight turns it is slower at least in the dark. One note: the stairs leading to the second floor / bedroom are very steep - if you have toddlers you'll have to keep an eye on them!
This two storey house was very comfortable and had everything we needed as a couple. the lively town of Bovec is a few minutes' drive away and is excellent for shops, restaurants, activities etc. the Soca River and its surrounings are stunning and great for exploring particularly on foot or by bike. the village of Cezsoca is in a great setting. At the weekend in particular it is a popular base for those coming for rafting and other water activites. The service and support from Think Slovenia was excellent throughout.

We were positively surprised by the apartment where everything you need was included (it is not evrywhere we find DVD for the rainy days (for us just 1/2 day in the whole week)). We got the key on time, it was super clean. The village also perfect with a little shop where we can get everything we wanted. So, Slovenia was the first time for us, but it will be not the last time!
It was an exelently equipped apartment with a lot of english books, maps, movies and games. It was clean and tidy. I can only recommend the place.
This made an excellent home base for 4 nights as we drove all around the area photographing the fall colors in the mountains.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Ein kleines gemütliches Appartment. Es war alles sehr gut beschrieben und die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte auch perfekt. Ich mag den Ort sowieso sehr gern. Ein kleiner typischer Ort direkt am Fluss. Leider gibt es keinen Supermarkt mehr, dafür gibt es einen Kajakshop, was jeden Paddler bestimmt sehr freut :) Es gibt auch Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen.

Great apartment! View from the master bedroom window is beautiful with mountains in the distance! Everything was clean, there were lots of board games and puzzles, and dvds. Great location for those who want to kayak etc. Only a couple of restaurants in the area, need to drive into Bovec or other towns for more.
Nice place to stay, everything you could need is available. Within just a couple of steps you can reach the Soča Kajak Schule. Easy check-in and check-out. Thanks for the nice stay!
Perfect house for 4 people.
The Lepa Soca House is a perfect place to stay at if you are visiting the Bovec area. It's located in Čezsoča, very near Bovec. It was really comfortable and very welcoming from the second we arrived. The view to the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. Since there was no light pollution in the area and on a few nights the sky was clear we could see thousands of stars all around. It was amazing. Unfortunately, we had two days of rain when we were there but the house had a solution to this problem. There were loads of movies and board games so we weren't bored during the rainy days. I would recommend this house to anyone who likes a hidden treasure like this one and I'd go back any time. Thank you for the experience.

We'd recommend for anyone looking for an active vacation - biking, rafting, paddling, trekking etc. If you arrive late (after dark) from Ljubljana airport, consider taking the slightly longer route and arriving to Bovec via Italy. The shortest way over the mountain road is amazing in daylight but with all the tight turns it is slower at least in the dark. One note: the stairs leading to the second floor / bedroom are very steep - if you have toddlers you'll have to keep an eye on them!
It was an exelently equipped apartment with a lot of english books, maps, movies and games. It was clean and tidy. I can only recommend the place.
This made an excellent home base for 4 nights as we drove all around the area photographing the fall colors in the mountains.
Wonderful place! Really quiet, clean apartment with everyhing you need. Soca river and all the amazing mountains are at 5 minutes from apartments. I would strongly recommend this place, it was wonderful! We will be back again!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Ein kleines gemütliches Appartment. Es war alles sehr gut beschrieben und die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte auch perfekt. Ich mag den Ort sowieso sehr gern. Ein kleiner typischer Ort direkt am Fluss. Leider gibt es keinen Supermarkt mehr, dafür gibt es einen Kajakshop, was jeden Paddler bestimmt sehr freut :) Es gibt auch Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen.

Great apartment! View from the master bedroom window is beautiful with mountains in the distance! Everything was clean, there were lots of board games and puzzles, and dvds. Great location for those who want to kayak etc. Only a couple of restaurants in the area, need to drive into Bovec or other towns for more.
Nice place to stay, everything you could need is available. Within just a couple of steps you can reach the Soča Kajak Schule. Easy check-in and check-out. Thanks for the nice stay!
Perfect house for 4 people.
The Lepa Soca House is a perfect place to stay at if you are visiting the Bovec area. It's located in Čezsoča, very near Bovec. It was really comfortable and very welcoming from the second we arrived. The view to the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. Since there was no light pollution in the area and on a few nights the sky was clear we could see thousands of stars all around. It was amazing. Unfortunately, we had two days of rain when we were there but the house had a solution to this problem. There were loads of movies and board games so we weren't bored during the rainy days. I would recommend this house to anyone who likes a hidden treasure like this one and I'd go back any time. Thank you for the experience.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes, für uns 3 mehr als ausreichendes Apartment in idealer Lage, um im Triglav Soca-auf und -ab Unternehmungen zu starten. Einrichtung hochwertig, sauber und gepflegt. Für Regentage stehen DVDs und ein paar Spiele zur Verfügung, auch Kinderspielzeug ist vorhanden. Empfehlung.
Lediglich die Küche könnte etwas mehr Stauraum vertragen, aber sonst alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Die Wohnung ist klasse, wir haben uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Nichts zu beanstanden, auch die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage in Cezsoca bietet super viele Möglichkeiten die Umgebung zu erkunden und zu genießen - was wir ausgiebig getan haben.

Top Lage, insgesamt ruhig gelegen, wobei die Nachtruhe abhängig von den Gästen der benachbarten Häuser ist. Wir hatten leider drei Nächte sehr laute Nachbarn. Austattung von Küche und Wohnung sehr gut. Wenn man länger als eine Woche bleibt, sollte man sich eine Garnitur Ersatzhandtücher mitnehmen und nur eine, wenn auch große Bettdecke für das Doppelbett ist sicher auch nicht jedermanns Sache. Da wäre es gut, wenn noch eine zusätzlich vorhanden wäre. Schränke sind auch etwas mager. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung aber sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt.
Modern, clean facility with all the amenities for our 3 night stay, including fridge, stove, pots, pans, French press for coffee and pretty much everything else. Nice balcony on which to relax and enjoy the view (although blocked a little by neighbouring buildings). We had cool nights but no A/C could make hot days a challenge. Eating places are walking distance away but we made the 5 minute drive into Bovec. Easy check-in from emailed instructions for key in a lockbox. Price was a little high but all-in-all worth it.
Appartement is in the 1st and 2nd floor but this didn't bother us. I would not recommend the internal narrow spiral staircase for small kids or elderly people, Comfortable beds and well equipped, mostly well-kept (minor damages), clean and friendly, good heat insulation on the top floor, perfect basis for joining the Soca Kajakschule, sometimes noisy from the near-by Vancar guesthouse (arriving guests in the night). We will come again.

Excellent location, a few steps from the river and the sports center. The house is cozy, well-equipped, has everything you need. Few missed the washing machine, but to wash and dry things can be in the camping "Polovnik". Thank you Anna, which has always been connected and is ready to help in all matters.
We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights while on vacation in Slovenia. The apartment was exceptionally good with special features such as a wide variety of DVDs, books, wines, games for children, etc. We felt very comfortable during our entire stay. The village itself is very quiet and cosy and there is a good restaurant just next door to the apartment and a small grocery shop around the corner. We really enjoyed our holiday in Slovenia, the mountain scenery was spectacular and the green/blue rivers and lakes beautiful, and great for swimming in (due to very hot weather). The people we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was located in a beautiful setting and very convenient for the local shop and restaurant. The apartment was modern, well equipped and very comfortable (our daughters particularly liked the choice of films). Whilst the cooking area was very small and difficult to use two pans at any one time, we managed pretty well. The apartment is located in a lovely quiet village, but is positioned opposite apartments and the restaurant. We therefore found some evenings quite noisy with people eating out until quite late, and children playing on the trampoline. Unfortunately for us, there was also some building work on a house opposite and the builders tended to start work at around 7am in the morning. So it was not as quiet as we would have liked. Having said this, we loved the location and really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Thanks for letting us know about the discounts. We would like to visit Slovenia again.

We enjoyed our stay in Slovenia very much. We had a great 9 days walking around in the mountains with stunning views, swimming in the rivers and bathing in the sun.
The apartment suited us perfectly, in was beautiful and well equipped, and we had only one complaint: a smell (probably from the bathroom) that was sometimes quite awful. We talked to the owner about it, and she seemed aware of the problem, so we take for granted that it will be solved when we come back next time :-)!
We also appreciated the kindness that we met everywhere – at the supermarket and tourist information as well as from local people and not least from Sonya, the owner. Wherever we came there was a smile and some kind words. People didn’t seem tired of tourists, but on the contrary happy to see us coming to see their beautiful country. So thanks for a nice holiday, and hope to see you and Slovenia again!
The stay was lovely. Really it could not have been bad in such a majestic location. There were a few things that did not work particularly well, like the shower, the knives, and the corkscrew (someone has replaced this last item), but otherwise the apartment was very thoughtfully outfitted. Sonya was kind enough to give us a ride to the bus on the morning of our departure, as well, which was especially kind.

We have had a brilliant holiday here. The apartment is lovely, so comfortable and well equipped. The games, magazines, books, CDs & DVDs make it feel very homely and luxurious! Cezsoca & Bovec are lovely, we're really glad we chose here as our base. We've been to Bled. walking in Triglav National Park, to Juliana Alpine garden, rafting and swimming in the Soca, up Mangart mountain and so on! It's been beautiful and peaceful (though perhaps too hot some days!). Hopefully we'll come back here for another holiday.
We had a really lovely stay at the Lepa Soca Apartment. The bed and room was really comfortable, all the amenties we expected were provided and we made good use of the DVDs and CDs available. We also really enjoyed the garden area too. The location was great. We spent quite a bit of time at the apartment because I'm five months pregnant so that limited our excursions quite a bit! The only downside was the noise and inconvenience of the road works going on but obviously that can't be helped, it wasn't too bad and no fault of the apartment. I felt for the residents though! We stayed in Bled for two nights after the apartment and while that was pretty, it was noisy and crowded in comparison to Bovec and we started to miss the quiet of the apartment.
We thought Slovenia was exceptionally pretty (and we're from New Zealand so we're used to lots of stunning greenness) and the people were fantastic. We will certainly consider Slovenia again for another holiday with child in tow. Best regards
We, a family of 4 with 2 teenage children, stayed in this apartment from June 1st to 11th 2009, a very pleasant experience. Although I was worried about booking over the web, everything went according to plan and the apartment was exactly as it appeaed on the web, only better. It was relatively new, spotless and although compact, had everything we needed. The owners had very throughtfully provided a number of extras which made a big difference - a range of DVDs, music, books, games which really helped to keep us occupied on the wet days, of which there were several. Loved the quiet village location, the fantastic river Soca nearby and really enjoyded the atmosphere in the nearby town of Bovec. Did a range of activities - kayaking, canyoning, cycling. Canyoning not to be missed! Narrow spiral staircase might not be that suitable for elderly or those with very young children
We have enjoyed our stay in Slovenia. The apartment is really beautiful with everything we have needed to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The surrounding area is spectacular with amasing views and places to visit. We particularly liked the Tolmin Gorges at Tolmunoka Korita although maybe not the narrow road leading to it where we met a tractor! but we made it. Hopefully we will be able to come back again as we still have so much more to see. Thank you again!

Exactly the apartment we wanted for our family vacation with 3 kids. Some nice surprises such as the selection of DVDs for lazy days - especially the Narnia movie shot in the same valley! Custimer service was excellent, there's a nuice restaurant just around the corner and a selection of restaurants, several stores and activities in Bovec just a couple of kilometres away. And the whole valley with Soca river was stunningly beautiful! This two storey house was very comfortable and had everything we needed as a couple. the lively town of Bovec is a few minutes' drive away and is excellent for shops, restaurants, activities etc. the Soca River and its surrounings are stunning and great for exploring particularly on foot or by bike. the village of Cezsoca is in a great setting. At the weekend in particular it is a popular base for those coming for rafting and other water activites. The service and support from Think Slovenia was excellent throughout.

We were positively surprised by the apartment where everything you need was included (it is not evrywhere we find DVD for the rainy days (for us just 1/2 day in the whole week)). We got the key on time, it was super clean. The village also perfect with a little shop where we can get everything we wanted. So, Slovenia was the first time for us, but it will be not the last time!
