Mini-Teater Suites are located on one of the most charming streets of Ljubljana's old town, Krizevniška Street, just next to the Ljubljanica River. Ljubljana city center is home to a number of Ljubljana's top rated restaurants and an eclectic range of bars and boutique hotels and shops. It is also a good start point for walks up to the Castle and the adjoining park on the top of Castle Hill all of which offer magnificent views over the city and Alps in the distance. Nearby squares host many outdoor craft and food markets and different Summer concerts. The property is located in a historic building which was re-made to the Teather. Whilst in very easy walking distance to the very centre of Ljubljana Old Town (3 minutes to Stari trg & the river, 10 minutes to Prešeren Square) location remains quiet in the evenings and is an authentic and charming base to experience Ljubljana's old town.

Predominantly renovated in 2026 Mini-Teater Suites offer a very high standard of accommodation for groups of up to 13 in an eclectic building, packed with culture and history, combining modern bathrooms and furnishings with selected antique pieces and original features. Entering the building you pass through the bar area available for guests of the building. An elevator or staircase takes you to the first floor where two of the Deluxe Suites are located as well as the kitchen overlooking the central atrium shared by all 4 Deluxe Suites. Upstairs are a further two Deluxe Suites, which can be identified by the red bathrooms.

Deluxe suite 3 & 4: Renovated 2026. 2nd floor, bathroom with walk in rain shower, shared kitchen on 1st floor.

There are 4 beautifully equipped deluxe suites located on the 1st and 2nd floors, with elevator access, newly renovated in 2026, sharing a communal kitchen on the 1st floor overlooking the beautiful central atrium of the building. The apartment, also located on the first floor, sleeps 3 and offers a larger private space with beautiful antique furnishings, frescoes, original parquet floors and oozing authentic old town atmosphere. The final Loft suite is located on the 3rd floor and enjoys ample space, vibrant colours and artworks with views over the old town rooftops. Located on the wonderful Križevniška street - known for its abundance of plants and flowers outside every door - the building itself is one of Ljubljana’s cultural landmarks - home to a popular small theatre with award winning shows for kids and adults: the Mini-Teater, a Jewish Cultural Centre with private synagogue and a bar, new in 2026, perfect for a coffee before stepping out to explore the many landmarks just a few steps away including the Ljubljanica riverside, Križanke, Plecnik's national library, the Ljubljana city museum & Congress Square.
