The next stage is for us to organise a viewing programme of the most relevant properties in the time you have available in Slovenia, which for most clients consists of 10-15 properties in 2-3 working days.

When assisting with renovation and development in most cases we act on a consultancy basis offering a wide range of useful services including obtaining planning documents, helping to find professionals such as architects and tradesmen and project management in conjunction with the relevant specialists.

A comprehensive lettings service for the tourist market
We offer a set-up service for clients wishing to rent out their property in Slovenia to the tourist market. This service helps you understand the basic tax implications of renting out as well as the other regulations in Slovenia with regard to tourist rental (including how to equip the property according to regulations) and gets you registered correctly with the authorities in order to operate legally. We can also obtain official stamped guest registers and official accommodation signs which are mandatory requirements for properties rented to tourists.
Once you are set up to rent we can go on to assist with the letting of the property which involves marketing the property in a variety of locations including Think Slovenia Places To Stay, handling the resulting enquiries and bookings and managing a central bookings calendar.
360° property management service
In most of the key tourist areas around Slovenia (including Bled, Bohinj, Kranjska Gora, Bovec and the Adriatic coast), we offer a property management facility covering ongoing management of the property and guest management for tourism.
Ongoing management involves visits to the property at a pre-agreed frequency to air / collect post / checking heating system / water plants / maintain garden / clear snow or other items as agreed with the owners, with maintenance work arranged upon request by the owners or as necessary.
Guest management is a complete service assisting those renting out their property to tourists, including key holding and guest welcome, filling in guest register, registration of guests with the authorities, payment of tourist tax, taking and holding security deposits, cleaning and simple inventory checking.
We advise property owners renting out to tourists to make themselves aware of the regulations regarding tourist rental and to ensure that they set up correctly and subsequently are registering guests and paying taxes in the correct way.
