Sava View 8 se nahajajo v apartmajski hiši s tipično gorsko arhitekturo na mirni, idilični lokaciji v vasi Bodešče, le tri kilometre stran od Blejskega jezera. Bled in okolica nudijo številne možnosti za rekreacijo in sprostitev od številnih izletov, pohodništva, gorskega kolesarjenja na bližnji Pokljuki, raziskovanje soteske Vintgar, vožnja s kajaki ter rafti na reki Savi, do seveda plavanja ter vožnje s čolni na Blejskem jezeru. What a beautiful place! The apartment itself is lovely, well equipped and very comfortable, and it is in the most stunning area. It is a good distance out of the busyness of Bled - traffic in and out of the town was very busy in August and parking is very expensive so it was nice to stay off the beaten track. We especially loved the little beach 10 mins walk away as the river is beautiful and refreshing! We enjoyed visiting Lake Bohinj, Skofja Loka, Radovlijica during our stay, and a particular highlight was Zipline Dolinka - an exhilarating way to see a bit more of the area!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in Save View 8, it was ‘our best family holiday ever!’ to quote our daughter. We spent many wonderful days exploring Lake Bled, swimming in the Lake and dining in brilliant restaurants – there is great choice for all. Lake Bohinj is nearby and we had many lovely picnics there, we hiked up to the waterfall and saw breath-taking scenery. Ljubljana is nearby too, we had a couple of fantastic day trips there to explore the castle and city, Postojna Cave is also worth a visit – amazing! The apartment is perfectly situated to explore all of this, or just sit back and relax on the balcony with a glass of wine – an absolutely perfect holiday and we wish we were still there!

I would wholeheartedly recommend this place! The house is in a quiet little village, small windy roads, about 3 km from Bled. The apartment is on the top floor, and the view is breathtaking from the window and from the balcony. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything we needed. It was great for our family of 5. Slovenia is a miracle! Bled is full of tourists, but once you are there, you can understand why. We also visited the seaside (Porotoroz, Izola, Koper) its about 90 min drive from here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sava View over 5 nights in July. Firstly, it offers good value for money, and although it’s not fancy, it provided a comfortable and well-located base for us to explore the area. We loved the location - peaceful and quiet yet an easy walk, run, cycle or drive into Bled. We particularly enjoyed exploring the small rural roads - one of us went for a run most days and we also walked down to river, sunbathed on the stony beach and swam...all this and we often only passed a couple of people on bikes or also out walking. It was great to have a peaceful apartment to come back to (we didn’t really hear any noise from the apartments below) after a busy day surrounded by lots of other tourists in peak season! The bedrooms worked perfectly for us and our 3 kids, though an adult might find the single room very cramped. The living area is comfortable and nicely decorated - plenty of room to watch TV (lots of cable channels) or play games in the evening. We also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, which has lovely views. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but doesn’t have a stock of basics like salt, oil, kitchen roll etc. Staying in Sava View helped us appreciate the beauty of Slovenia beyond the busy tourist spots, and we’d definitely book again if we’re in the area.

The location was great- 3km to Bled easy drive/walk. Lovely local walks too. Great spot down by the river for swimming and chilling out- so quiet. Red squirrels in the trees- rural and peaceful at night. Apartment was very clean and well presented with lovely views down the valley and village. Other residents were very quiet and the place really felt homely. When you arrive you must do some shopping as there is nothing left behind in the cupboards for even basic cooking - local supermarket in Bled has everything you need though. The whole area is great for exploring and everything is within an easy drive. We loved it!

We were 2 couples and found the apartment very quiet, private and comfortable with enough kitchen equipment to prepare basic meals. It has beautiful rural views. The apartment is in an excellent location with lovely rural walking paths and access to the clear river. By car we had easy access to Lake Bled and other fascinating towns such as Radlovich. From there we caught the train to Ljubliana. A very enjoyable holiday! During summer it is good to have insect repellent, but we didn't have too much trouble with insects.

Prima appartement, ook voor vliegvissers. Het Sava View Appartement 8 was onze uitvalsbasis voor 4 dagen vliegvissen in de Sava Bohinjka en de Radovna. Het appartement ziet er prima verzorgd uit en is voorzien van nagenoeg alles wat we nodig hadden. Het enige wat we gemist hebben is een koffiezetapparaat.
Het appartement ligt ca. 600 m verwijderd van de brug over de Sava Bohinjka, de scheiding tussen deel 4 en 5 van het catch & release gedeelte van de Bled Fishing Club, waarvoor een vergunning gekocht kan worden bij Fauna Fly Fishing in Bled. Vanaf het balkon van het appartement hoor je de Sava Bohinjka stromen en heb je een prachtig uitzicht over de groene weilanden en bossen aan de overkant van de Sava Bohinjka.
Het appartement ligt enkele minuten rijden van Bled, waar alle benodigde boodschappen gedaan kunnen worden.

A házigazdával nem találkoztam, előzetesen e-mailben elküldött minden szükséges információt, a kulcsot egy széfben hagyta számunkra. így nagyon kényelmesen és egyszerűen bejutottunk a lakásba, nem kellett senkire várnunk (távozáskor sem). Több telefonos elérhetőséget is kaptam, és azonnal el is értem őket. Nagyon készségesek és kedvesek voltak. A lakás olyan, vagy még jobb, mint a képeken, tiszta, és a berendezés / felszerelés kimerítő és minőségi. A hely tökéletes sétálni-kirándulni-biciklizni-futn. A ház a falu legvégén van, csodálatos környezet, közel a folyó, a Bledi tó központja szintén nagyon közel kocsival. Azoknak ajánlom, akik csendre, nyugalomra vágynak! Nekünk tökéletes választás volt!

We had a great time at Sava View apartment, we stayed there for 4 nights, making it our base for exploring the Bled and Bohini surroundings. The apartment is located in a small village of Bodesce, 5 mins drive from Bled. You can find several supermarkets, a bakery, a gas station in a few minutes drive. We hiked a bit near the apartment, the village itself and the area is so picturesque. Those how love to hike or\and bike would enjoy it a lot. A small secluded beach on the Sava river can be reached in 5-7 minutes walk down the road from the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, it is modern, clean and comfortable for a family with children. The pictures reflect the apartment good enough, the bathroom is actually bigger that it looks like. We cooked a lot, some kitchen amenities could be added. We enjoyed the little village location, the view from the dining room window is breathtaking. We had a car, there is a plenty parking space by the building. The communication with the host was over the phone, they are not nearby, this part would be better. We are glad to recommend this place.
We had an excellent experience staying at Dan's place. The apartment is well equipped and well maintained, its location is very beautiful, quiet and peaceful (a bit remote from the Bled hassle as can be seen on the map). Highly recommended.

We stayed in the apartment in June 2011, 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was comfortable, cozy, spacious and clean. The view was lovely. Excellent for a family with children. The apartment has everything a family needs.

The listing description was pretty spot on re this apartment. It had a lovely view over a little stream (river apparently), valley and mountain behind. It is in a little village with traditional houses so is lovely when you first come in and just to walk around. The apartment is clean and neat and modernly decorated. Just be aware if there is 5 of you and not 4 coming that there is no storage in the 2nd bedroom (where the twin beds are) and so we kept our clothes in the 3rd single bedroom which is quite small. I would recommend that this suits 4 adults comfortably. We had a 5th person, albeit an infant, and the main bedroom was big enough for the cot to be in the main bedroom and leave the 3rd bedroom free. The service we had was good and the local manager was prompt turning up when we needed information or help - like finding the hairdryer. And the recommendation to bring a few extra DVDs when we were going through the booking process was a good idea. There are some onsite but don't count on them being to your taste and TV selection is like going to a standard hotel, BBC world, CNN and a sports channel in English. Recommend you ask any questions up front - we even got info where to go for Xmas markets etc. It took us about 7min by car to Lake Bled. Lake Bled is really pretty and great for touristing and eating but not so much shopping (ie high street shopping). In fact, don't go to Slovenia for the shopping. Everyone seems to pop across the border to Austria / Italy to do shopping. We went to Salzburg for the day - took about 2.5-3hrs drive. Groceries, you are better off going to Lesce rather than Ribno or Bled (again about 5-10min away) as there is a bigger Mercato. There is so much locally to see and do. We went in winter and ran out of time to see everything we wanted. I definitely think it would be worthwhile going again in summer when you can swim and do more hiking outdoors (was a bit cold and we weren't there to ski). The food was excellent. A mixture of Italian and German/Austrian. I was worried that the food would be stodgy but it was done simply and was very tasty. There is always quite a selection at restaurants. Most people speak English and most restaurants have menus in English in all the tourist spots so it is very easy to get around. Overall I would say this is ideally located if you want to tourist and v pretty & comfortable.
i have just returned from 3 weeks in Slovneia during which time we stayed in the Sava View Apartments.. The visit included my wife and 5 year old son and my parents. The apartment was excellent - plenty of room for the 5 of us - great view - internet access and satellite TV which allowed me to watch the world cup. It was also excellent value - I would highly recommend it to couples families or groups of friends.
This is a very comfortable and well appointed apartment. the views and setting are superb and it is a great base from which to explore the bled and Bohinj areas. The village of Bodesce and its surroundings are very pretty. there were only two of us and the apartment was very spacious. The service and support from Think Slovenia was excellent throughout.
We had an absolutely wonderful time at the apartment. It was well-equipped and light and airy, as well as being in a peaceful location. As we did not hire a car, we did plenty of walking and explored the immediate area on foot, visiting Radolijca, Sobec, Ribno, Bled and then walked around the Lake. We took the bus from Bled to Bohinj - walked around the Lake and took the Vogel Cable Car up to the Ski Centre where we had lunch. We also spent the day in Ljubljana and went to Izola and Piran for the day. We also found everybody to be so friendly and were soon able to say 'Hello' in Slovenian to the local people as walked up the road into Bled. By the end of the holiday, we had learned a couple of more words.

A lakás olyan, vagy még jobb, mint a képeken, tiszta, és a berendezés / felszerelés kimerítő és minőségi. A hely tökéletes sétálni-kirándulni-biciklizni-futn. A ház a falu legvégén van, csodálatos környezet, közel a folyó, a Bledi tó központja szintén nagyon közel kocsival. Azoknak ajánlom, akik csendre, nyugalomra vágynak! Nekünk tökéletes választás volt!

We had a great time at Sava View apartment, we stayed there for 4 nights, making it our base for exploring the Bled and Bohini surroundings. The apartment is located in a small village of Bodesce, 5 mins drive from Bled. You can find several supermarkets, a bakery, a gas station in a few minutes drive. We hiked a bit near the apartment, the village itself and the area is so picturesque. Those how love to hike or\and bike would enjoy it a lot. A small secluded beach on the Sava river can be reached in 5-7 minutes walk down the road from the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, it is modern, clean and comfortable for a family with children. The pictures reflect the apartment good enough, the bathroom is actually bigger that it looks like. We cooked a lot, some kitchen amenities could be added. We enjoyed the little village location, the view from the dining room window is breathtaking. We had a car, there is a plenty parking space by the building. The communication with the host was over the phone, they are not nearby, this part would be better. We are glad to recommend this place.

We stayed in the apartment in June 2011, 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was comfortable, cozy, spacious and clean. The view was lovely. Excellent for a family with children. The apartment has everything a family needs.

The view from the apartment is really something special: both the mountains and the Sava River. Hopefully we can visit again!
The listing description was pretty spot on re this apartment. It had a lovely view over a little stream (river apparently), valley and mountain behind. It is in a little village with traditional houses so is lovely when you first come in and just to walk around. The apartment is clean and neat and modernly decorated. Just be aware if there is 5 of you and not 4 coming that there is no storage in the 2nd bedroom (where the twin beds are) and so we kept our clothes in the 3rd single bedroom which is quite small. I would recommend that this suits 4 adults comfortably. We had a 5th person, albeit an infant, and the main bedroom was big enough for the cot to be in the main bedroom and leave the 3rd bedroom free. The service we had was good and the local manager was prompt turning up when we needed information or help - like finding the hairdryer. And the recommendation to bring a few extra DVDs when we were going through the booking process was a good idea. There are some onsite but don't count on them being to your taste and TV selection is like going to a standard hotel, BBC world, CNN and a sports channel in English. Recommend you ask any questions up front - we even got info where to go for Xmas markets etc. It took us about 7min by car to Lake Bled. Lake Bled is really pretty and great for touristing and eating but not so much shopping (ie high street shopping). In fact, don't go to Slovenia for the shopping. Everyone seems to pop across the border to Austria / Italy to do shopping. We went to Salzburg for the day - took about 2.5-3hrs drive. Groceries, you are better off going to Lesce rather than Ribno or Bled (again about 5-10min away) as there is a bigger Mercato. There is so much locally to see and do. We went in winter and ran out of time to see everything we wanted. I definitely think it would be worthwhile going again in summer when you can swim and do more hiking outdoors (was a bit cold and we weren't there to ski). The food was excellent. A mixture of Italian and German/Austrian. I was worried that the food would be stodgy but it was done simply and was very tasty. There is always quite a selection at restaurants. Most people speak English and most restaurants have menus in English in all the tourist spots so it is very easy to get around. Overall I would say this is ideally located if you want to tourist and v pretty & comfortable.
A fantastic location for a family holiday. The views were magnificent and a 15min cycle ride from Lake Bled. The appartment is really well equiped and the support we received from the booking agents Think Slovenia was really good. We will definately return.

i have just returned from 3 weeks in Slovneia during which time we stayed in the Sava View Apartments.. The visit included my wife and 5 year old son and my parents. The apartment was excellent - plenty of room for the 5 of us - great view - internet access and satellite TV which allowed me to watch the world cup. It was also excellent value - I would highly recommend it to couples families or groups of friends.
This is a very comfortable and well appointed apartment. the views and setting are superb and it is a great base from which to explore the bled and Bohinj areas. The village of Bodesce and its surroundings are very pretty. there were only two of us and the apartment was very spacious. The service and support from Think Slovenia was excellent throughout.
We had an absolutely wonderful time at the apartment. It was well-equipped and light and airy, as well as being in a peaceful location. As we did not hire a car, we did plenty of walking and explored the immediate area on foot, visiting Radolijca, Sobec, Ribno, Bled and then walked around the Lake. We took the bus from Bled to Bohinj - walked around the Lake and took the Vogel Cable Car up to the Ski Centre where we had lunch. We also spent the day in Ljubljana and went to Izola and Piran for the day. We also found everybody to be so friendly and were soon able to say 'Hello' in Slovenian to the local people as walked up the road into Bled. By the end of the holiday, we had learned a couple of more words.

What a beautiful place! The apartment itself is lovely, well equipped and very comfortable, and it is in the most stunning area. It is a good distance out of the busyness of Bled - traffic in and out of the town was very busy in August and parking is very expensive so it was nice to stay off the beaten track. We especially loved the little beach 10 mins walk away as the river is beautiful and refreshing! We enjoyed visiting Lake Bohinj, Skofja Loka, Radovlijica during our stay, and a particular highlight was Zipline Dolinka - an exhilarating way to see a bit more of the area!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in Save View 8, it was ‘our best family holiday ever!’ to quote our daughter. We spent many wonderful days exploring Lake Bled, swimming in the Lake and dining in brilliant restaurants – there is great choice for all. Lake Bohinj is nearby and we had many lovely picnics there, we hiked up to the waterfall and saw breath-taking scenery. Ljubljana is nearby too, we had a couple of fantastic day trips there to explore the castle and city, Postojna Cave is also worth a visit – amazing! The apartment is perfectly situated to explore all of this, or just sit back and relax on the balcony with a glass of wine – an absolutely perfect holiday and we wish we were still there!

I would wholeheartedly recommend this place! The house is in a quiet little village, small windy roads, about 3 km from Bled. The apartment is on the top floor, and the view is breathtaking from the window and from the balcony. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything we needed. It was great for our family of 5. Slovenia is a miracle! Bled is full of tourists, but once you are there, you can understand why. We also visited the seaside (Porotoroz, Izola, Koper) its about 90 min drive from here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sava View over 5 nights in July. Firstly, it offers good value for money, and although it’s not fancy, it provided a comfortable and well-located base for us to explore the area. We loved the location - peaceful and quiet yet an easy walk, run, cycle or drive into Bled. We particularly enjoyed exploring the small rural roads - one of us went for a run most days and we also walked down to river, sunbathed on the stony beach and swam...all this and we often only passed a couple of people on bikes or also out walking. It was great to have a peaceful apartment to come back to (we didn’t really hear any noise from the apartments below) after a busy day surrounded by lots of other tourists in peak season! The bedrooms worked perfectly for us and our 3 kids, though an adult might find the single room very cramped. The living area is comfortable and nicely decorated - plenty of room to watch TV (lots of cable channels) or play games in the evening. We also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, which has lovely views. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but doesn’t have a stock of basics like salt, oil, kitchen roll etc. Staying in Sava View helped us appreciate the beauty of Slovenia beyond the busy tourist spots, and we’d definitely book again if we’re in the area.

The location was great- 3km to Bled easy drive/walk. Lovely local walks too. Great spot down by the river for swimming and chilling out- so quiet. Red squirrels in the trees- rural and peaceful at night. Apartment was very clean and well presented with lovely views down the valley and village. Other residents were very quiet and the place really felt homely. When you arrive you must do some shopping as there is nothing left behind in the cupboards for even basic cooking - local supermarket in Bled has everything you need though. The whole area is great for exploring and everything is within an easy drive. We loved it!

Perfect location, 5 minute drive to Lake Bled. Lovely clean apartment which slept 5 of us comfortably. Kitchen well equipped. Lots to do around Lake Bled and Lake Bohinj.
We were 2 couples and found the apartment very quiet, private and comfortable with enough kitchen equipment to prepare basic meals. It has beautiful rural views. The apartment is in an excellent location with lovely rural walking paths and access to the clear river. By car we had easy access to Lake Bled and other fascinating towns such as Radlovich. From there we caught the train to Ljubliana. A very enjoyable holiday! During summer it is good to have insect repellent, but we didn't have too much trouble with insects.

Prima appartement, ook voor vliegvissers. Het Sava View Appartement 8 was onze uitvalsbasis voor 4 dagen vliegvissen in de Sava Bohinjka en de Radovna. Het appartement ziet er prima verzorgd uit en is voorzien van nagenoeg alles wat we nodig hadden. Het enige wat we gemist hebben is een koffiezetapparaat.
Het appartement ligt ca. 600 m verwijderd van de brug over de Sava Bohinjka, de scheiding tussen deel 4 en 5 van het catch & release gedeelte van de Bled Fishing Club, waarvoor een vergunning gekocht kan worden bij Fauna Fly Fishing in Bled. Vanaf het balkon van het appartement hoor je de Sava Bohinjka stromen en heb je een prachtig uitzicht over de groene weilanden en bossen aan de overkant van de Sava Bohinjka.
Het appartement ligt enkele minuten rijden van Bled, waar alle benodigde boodschappen gedaan kunnen worden.

We were 2 couples and found the apartment very quiet, private and comfortable with enough kitchen equipment to prepare basic meals. It has beautiful rural views. The apartment is in an excellent location with lovely rural walking paths and access to the clear river. By car we had easy access to Lake Bled and other fascinating towns such as Radlovich. From there we caught the train to Ljubliana. A very enjoyable holiday! During summer it is good to have insect repellent, but we didn't have too much trouble with insects.

Prima appartement, ook voor vliegvissers. Het Sava View Appartement 8 was onze uitvalsbasis voor 4 dagen vliegvissen in de Sava Bohinjka en de Radovna. Het appartement ziet er prima verzorgd uit en is voorzien van nagenoeg alles wat we nodig hadden. Het enige wat we gemist hebben is een koffiezetapparaat.
Het appartement ligt ca. 600 m verwijderd van de brug over de Sava Bohinjka, de scheiding tussen deel 4 en 5 van het catch & release gedeelte van de Bled Fishing Club, waarvoor een vergunning gekocht kan worden bij Fauna Fly Fishing in Bled. Vanaf het balkon van het appartement hoor je de Sava Bohinjka stromen en heb je een prachtig uitzicht over de groene weilanden en bossen aan de overkant van de Sava Bohinjka.
Het appartement ligt enkele minuten rijden van Bled, waar alle benodigde boodschappen gedaan kunnen worden.

A házigazdával nem találkoztam, előzetesen e-mailben elküldött minden szükséges információt, a kulcsot egy széfben hagyta számunkra. így nagyon kényelmesen és egyszerűen bejutottunk a lakásba, nem kellett senkire várnunk (távozáskor sem). Több telefonos elérhetőséget is kaptam, és azonnal el is értem őket. Nagyon készségesek és kedvesek voltak. A lakás olyan, vagy még jobb, mint a képeken, tiszta, és a berendezés / felszerelés kimerítő és minőségi. A hely tökéletes sétálni-kirándulni-biciklizni-futn. A ház a falu legvégén van, csodálatos környezet, közel a folyó, a Bledi tó központja szintén nagyon közel kocsival. Azoknak ajánlom, akik csendre, nyugalomra vágynak! Nekünk tökéletes választás volt!
We had a great time at Sava View apartment, we stayed there for 4 nights, making it our base for exploring the Bled and Bohini surroundings. The apartment is located in a small village of Bodesce, 5 mins drive from Bled. You can find several supermarkets, a bakery, a gas station in a few minutes drive. We hiked a bit near the apartment, the village itself and the area is so picturesque. Those how love to hike or\and bike would enjoy it a lot. A small secluded beach on the Sava river can be reached in 5-7 minutes walk down the road from the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, it is modern, clean and comfortable for a family with children. The pictures reflect the apartment good enough, the bathroom is actually bigger that it looks like. We cooked a lot, some kitchen amenities could be added. We enjoyed the little village location, the view from the dining room window is breathtaking. We had a car, there is a plenty parking space by the building. The communication with the host was over the phone, they are not nearby, this part would be better. We are glad to recommend this place.

We stayed in the apartment in June 2011, 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was comfortable, cozy, spacious and clean. The view was lovely. Excellent for a family with children. The apartment has everything a family needs.

The listing description was pretty spot on re this apartment. It had a lovely view over a little stream (river apparently), valley and mountain behind. It is in a little village with traditional houses so is lovely when you first come in and just to walk around. The apartment is clean and neat and modernly decorated. Just be aware if there is 5 of you and not 4 coming that there is no storage in the 2nd bedroom (where the twin beds are) and so we kept our clothes in the 3rd single bedroom which is quite small. I would recommend that this suits 4 adults comfortably. We had a 5th person, albeit an infant, and the main bedroom was big enough for the cot to be in the main bedroom and leave the 3rd bedroom free. The service we had was good and the local manager was prompt turning up when we needed information or help - like finding the hairdryer. And the recommendation to bring a few extra DVDs when we were going through the booking process was a good idea. There are some onsite but don't count on them being to your taste and TV selection is like going to a standard hotel, BBC world, CNN and a sports channel in English. Recommend you ask any questions up front - we even got info where to go for Xmas markets etc. It took us about 7min by car to Lake Bled. Lake Bled is really pretty and great for touristing and eating but not so much shopping (ie high street shopping). In fact, don't go to Slovenia for the shopping. Everyone seems to pop across the border to Austria / Italy to do shopping. We went to Salzburg for the day - took about 2.5-3hrs drive. Groceries, you are better off going to Lesce rather than Ribno or Bled (again about 5-10min away) as there is a bigger Mercato. There is so much locally to see and do. We went in winter and ran out of time to see everything we wanted. I definitely think it would be worthwhile going again in summer when you can swim and do more hiking outdoors (was a bit cold and we weren't there to ski). The food was excellent. A mixture of Italian and German/Austrian. I was worried that the food would be stodgy but it was done simply and was very tasty. There is always quite a selection at restaurants. Most people speak English and most restaurants have menus in English in all the tourist spots so it is very easy to get around. Overall I would say this is ideally located if you want to tourist and v pretty & comfortable.
A fantastic location for a family holiday. The views were magnificent and a 15min cycle ride from Lake Bled. The appartment is really well equiped and the support we received from the booking agents Think Slovenia was really good. We will definately return.
What a view! We spent a wonderful week in this apartment, very confortable, very clean, a wonderful view and not far from Bled. We had everything we need. The place is very calm....can hear the sound of the river down the hill!

i have just returned from 3 weeks in Slovneia during which time we stayed in the Sava View Apartments.. The visit included my wife and 5 year old son and my parents. The apartment was excellent - plenty of room for the 5 of us - great view - internet access and satellite TV which allowed me to watch the world cup. It was also excellent value - I would highly recommend it to couples families or groups of friends.
This is a very comfortable and well appointed apartment. the views and setting are superb and it is a great base from which to explore the bled and Bohinj areas. The village of Bodesce and its surroundings are very pretty. there were only two of us and the apartment was very spacious. The service and support from Think Slovenia was excellent throughout.
We had an absolutely wonderful time at the apartment. It was well-equipped and light and airy, as well as being in a peaceful location. As we did not hire a car, we did plenty of walking and explored the immediate area on foot, visiting Radolijca, Sobec, Ribno, Bled and then walked around the Lake. We took the bus from Bled to Bohinj - walked around the Lake and took the Vogel Cable Car up to the Ski Centre where we had lunch. We also spent the day in Ljubljana and went to Izola and Piran for the day. We also found everybody to be so friendly and were soon able to say 'Hello' in Slovenian to the local people as walked up the road into Bled. By the end of the holiday, we had learned a couple of more words.
