Apartmaji Koritnica - Bovec se nahajajo na mirni lokaciji v očarljivi alpski vasici Kal Koritnica, le 3 km (približno 5 minut vožnje) od Bovca in nekaj minut od osupljive reke Soče, ki velja za enega najlepših delov Slovenije. Vas ponuja pristno in mirno okolje z odlično restavracijo v hoje oddaljenosti, čudovitimi razgledi na okoliške gore in številnimi sprehajalnimi potmi v bližini (med drugim z goro Svinjak ("Bovški Matterhorn") in trdnjavo Čelo iz 1. svetovne vojne). Reka Soča ponuja možnosti za ribolov, kajakaštvo, rafting ali preprosto sproščanje na bregovih.
Okoliške gore so na splošno fantastične za sprehode; ponujajo tudi odlično gorsko kolesarjenje, kanjoning, jadralno padalstvo in smučanje. Smučišče Kanin na italijanski meji je eno najboljših v Sloveniji z dobro infrastrukturo žičnic in snežnimi oddajami. Drugo smučišče Sella Nevea (Italija) meji na Kanin in ponuja dobro smučanje za začetnike in srednje napredne; ena smučarska vozovnica pokriva obe strani gore. Do gondole, ki je odprta tudi poleti, je 10 minut vožnje od hiše, kar omogoča enostaven dostop do dih jemajočih pohodov in gorskega kolesarjenja na visoki nadmorski višini. Le 20 minut od Bovca čez prelaz Predel v Italijo je čudovito jezero – Raiblsko jezero; to je osupljivo lepo in divje jezero med gorskima masivoma Kanin in Montaz v "pozabljeni" dolini, ki se razteza od Trbiža do Selle Nevea.

Amazing, clean apartment in a quiet, beautiful surrounding! The flat was even bigger than it appeared in the photos, it was tidy, lots of space, and perfectly heated (which was very important since it was getting pretty cold in Oct). Everything you need is provided, and the magnificient (but pretty steep) hike up to Svinjak starts right from the doorstep. Bovec and the Soca river is just a few minutes' drive away. Perfect flat, perfect experience in Slovenia!

The accommodation is fully stocked with all you would need and has the luxury of a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The kitchen had all you would need in terms of appliances/cutlery / etc. The village itself is very quiet and you can access the River Soca by a 15 minute walk. It is well placed in being a few minutes away from the busier Bovec town. We had a great week there and it really was a home from home.

This is a superb base for exploring the Soca Valley and the surrounding area.The apartment is located in a lovely little village with good mountain views and easy access to a wide selection of walking/bike paths. It is very well appointed (including excellent WiFi), maintained and comfortable, with both a nice little balcony and access to a garden area. All the local people are extremely friendly and most have sufficient English (and probably other languages!) for communication never to be a problem. There is a nice little bar/restaurant in the village and the small town of Bovec is nearby for shopping etc.
