Chalet Savica se nahaja na obronku mirne vasice Bohinj Polje. Nad drevesi se odpirajo pogledi na najvišje vrhove Julijskih Alp. V vasi Polje najdemo dve dobri restavraciji, hkrati pa je samo 2,5 km oddaljena od Bohinjskega jezera, kjer je izbor še večji. Poleti je na jezeru obilo možnosti za poletne športe, kot so kajak, jadranje, plavanje, ribolov, hoja ali tek okoli jezera. Gore okoli Bohinjskega Jezera nudijo možnosti za številne izlete kot tudi začetek ture na sam vrh Triglava. Spodnja gondola ki vodi na smučišče Vogel je le 10 minut vožnje od počitniške hiše. Gondola vozi tudi v poletnih mesecih. Bohinjska Bistrica je le 5 minut vožnje stran, kjer se nahaja sodoben vodni park.

Chalet Savica je bila polno opremljena in prenovljena v letu 2019. Hiša je razdeljena na tri etaže - vhod je v srednji etaži, kjer je velik prostor za druženje s kuhinjo in jedilnico ter izhodom na teraso. Kuhinja je zelo dobro opremljena ima pomivalni stroj, mikrovalovno pečico, štedilnik s pečico in hladilnikom z zamrzovalnim delom. V zimskim mesecih se boste tu lahko ogreli tudi ob kaminu. Ob stopnišču se nahaja tudi ločen WC. Zgoraj so tri spalnice, ena dvoposteljna, ena z dvema enojnima in ena enoposteljna soba z dodatnim izvlečnim ležiščem. Vsaka soba ima dostop do balkona. Poleg spalnic se v tem nadstropju nahaja tudi kopalnica s tušem in ločen WC. Na kletni etaži je velika dnevna soba z raztegljivim kavčem in televizorjem, velika kopalnica s kadjo in izhod na čudovito leseno teraso s pogledom na vrt. Pred hišo se nahaja parkirišče za do 2 avtomobila.
Hiša ponuja brezplačno povezavo WiFi, ki je primerna za brskanje in pošiljanje e-pošte, ne pa za prenos večjih datotek. Vremenske razmere lahko vplivajo na moč signala.

Chalet Savica je očarljiv alpski vikend za 6 oseb, s tremi spalnicami in velikim vrtom obkroženim z drevesi. Nahaja se v mirnem zaselku vikendov, 2.5 km od Bohinjskega jezera, 10 min vožnje od smučišča Vogel ter nekaj minut stran od odličnih restavracij. Zaradi odlične lokacije so v neposredni bližini možne aktivnosti na reki, jezeru in v gorah. V isti vasi se nahajajo tudi Villa Frida, Chalet Planina & Villa Belica in tako vse skupaj predstavljajo odlično priložnost za skupine do 26 oseb.

We enjoyed the fireplace with the provided firewood (even in August, the evenings were chilly!) and spacious living areas, including a wonderful and peaceful back deck. The neighborhood was very quiet, with great views of the spectacular Julian range. The chalet was a convenient launching point for nearby Bohinj and lake, Bled, local running routes, and spectacular hiking. There are also great restaurants within very short drives, while the chalet was very well equipped for making meals at home as well. Check in was as easy as it comes, and communications with Think Slovenia were efficient. We would gladly return here.

Apartment was amazing and just what we were looking for - a quiet, spacious, off-the-road home to spend a few days in! The yard and deck were wonderful for the kids to play outside and for us to have drinks and dinner. Just a few minutes drive to the lake and there's a great pizza place walking distance down the hill. Dan and the team were amazingly responsive to all of our questions! Highly recommend, and we'll be back!

Very nice house with a great terrace. Nice location, 5 min drive to the lake, not to far from Bled, but far enough to avoid masses of tourists. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed our hiking trips, which were all reachable in around 15 min from the house. The check in was very convenient!

Das Haus im kleinen Dörfchen Polje ist sowohl außen als auch innen wunderbar renoviert. Mit den schönen Balkonen ist es eindeutig das schönste Haus im Ort. Die einzelnen Zimmer sind zwar recht klein, aber zweckmäßig. Dafür ist der Wohnraum und die perfekt ausgestattete Küche umso geräumiger. Die Terrasse mit dem großen Schirm und der riesige, sehr gepflegte Garten sind perfekt zum entspannen und spielen. Es war alles da, was man sich wünscht - sogar eine Tischtennisplatte - und alles war praktisch neu. Das Haus kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Unser Urlaub im Chalet war super. Sehr großzügig und man fand alles was man brauchte. Die kleinen Elektroheizung sind etwas dürftig in den Wintermonaten, aber durch den Kamin konnten wir es uns trotzdem gemütlich machen. Wir hatten einmal kurz Probleme mit dem Strom, aber da, wie auch bei allen anderen Anliegen, waren die Vermieter sofort zur Stelle und immer zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war großartig. Das Skigebiet war leider aus unerklärlichen Gründen nicht geöffnet, dafür ist die Gegend aber wunderschön zum Wandern und Ljubljana ist auch nicht allzuweit.

Absolutely amazing chill out place for a week of utter relaxation. It felt like a home from home with ample space, comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Very peaceful location but handy for shops, local activities and pretty walks from the house. Great pizzeria just down the road, and the lake for swimming, paddleboarding and boating was very close - what more could you want? The outdoor dining space and barbeque were perfect and many happy evenings were spent out on the decking. Highly recommend and would be happy to come back!

Wonderful experience in a new holiday home!
Firstly many thanks for our wonderful experience in your holiday home. The property and location is fantastic, clean and fresh. As two couples- one from India and one from Amsterdam we met at your beautiful Chalet and enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable and well done. The plus is - you have 3 toilets, 2 showers, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, microwave, oven, big TV, internet, hidden fans (3 or 4), iron, ++++ 400 meters away is a great Pizzeria with lovely selection of beers, pizza and pasta. A little down the road on the right (100 metres away) is another Pizzeria which is much bigger and has equally lovely choices for drinks and food. 2 to 3 kms on the left is the bohinj lake area which has a beautiful lake and a few restaurants/cafes and a mercator supermarket and a post office, ATM, etc. Dont miss the vogel cabel car ride upto the top which is another 2 kms from bohinj lake which has easy parking. On top you have 2 nice restaurants and a beautiful view of bohinj lake. Infact it looks better than Lake Bled from the top. All in all a great location, chalet and nice to chill and relax. Car is necessary though ! Many thanks ! We will come back again to Slovenia

Very clean, neat, well renovated with all appliances. It was the perfect holiday for us with a beautiful view, quiet place yet very close to all amenities. The departmental store and restaurant was very close. The kitchen is very well equipped and we managed to cook quite a few times. There is a barbecue as well. Highly recommend, we will surely visit again.

Great pizzeria just down the road, and the lake for swimming, paddleboarding and boating was very close - what more could you want? The outdoor dining space and barbeque were perfect and many happy evenings were spent out on the decking. Highly recommend and would be happy to come back!

Wonderful experience in a new holiday home!
Firstly many thanks for our wonderful experience in your holiday home. The property and location is fantastic, clean and fresh. As two couples- one from India and one from Amsterdam we met at your beautiful Chalet and enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfortable and well done. The plus is - you have 3 toilets, 2 showers, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, microwave, oven, big TV, internet, hidden fans (3 or 4), iron, ++++ 400 meters away is a great Pizzeria with lovely selection of beers, pizza and pasta. A little down the road on the right (100 metres away) is another Pizzeria which is much bigger and has equally lovely choices for drinks and food. 2 to 3 kms on the left is the bohinj lake area which has a beautiful lake and a few restaurants/cafes and a mercator supermarket and a post office, ATM, etc. Dont miss the vogel cabel car ride upto the top which is another 2 kms from bohinj lake which has easy parking. On top you have 2 nice restaurants and a beautiful view of bohinj lake. Infact it looks better than Lake Bled from the top. All in all a great location, chalet and nice to chill and relax. Car is necessary though ! Many thanks ! We will come back again to Slovenia

The perfect holiday house for a big family.
Very clean, neat, well renovated with all appliances. It was the perfect holiday for us with a beautiful view, quiet place yet very close to all amenities. The departmental store and restaurant was very close. The kitchen is very well equipped and we managed to cook quite a few times. There is a barbecue as well. Highly recommend, we will surely visit again.
