Vas Bohinjska Bela se nahaja ob glavni cesti ki vodi od Blejskega jezera v smeri proti Bohinjskemu jezeru. Hiša Bela Cottage se nahaja 800 metrov stran od vaškega središča, kjer se nahaja trgovina, pošta ter razni bari, na drugi strani vasi pa lahko najdete nekaj dobrih restavracij ter železniško in avtobusno postajo. Odlična lokacija za preživljanje aktivnih počitnic v vseh letnih časih. V neposredni okolici je veliko pohodnih in kolesarskih poti, plavanje je mogoče v obeh jezerih in tudi v modernem vodnem parku v 20 min oddaljeni Bohinjski Bistrici. V zimski sezoni so v širšem območju urejene tekaške proge, na jezeru je možno drsanje, smučanje pa na smučišču Vogel nad Bohinjskim jezerom.

V prostorni in kakovostno opremljeni počitniški hiši Bela Cottage se boste počutili kot doma. V pritličju se nahaja dobro opremljena kuhinja, ki je povezana z velikim jedilnim prostorom in kotičkom za počitek, dnevna soba z veliko televizijo pa je le par stopnic nižje v ločenem prostoru. V obeh bivalnih prostorih sta tudi kamina na drva, ki ju gostje lahko uporabljajo v mrzlih zimskih dneh. V pritličnem prostoru je tudi shramba in kopalnica z veliko Jacuzzi kadjo. Zavito leseno stopnišče nas vodi v nadstropje kjer se nahaja dodatna kopalnica s tušem in spalnice – ena spalnica z dvema enojnima posteljama, druga z zakonsko posteljo in tretja z zakonsko posteljo ter dodatnim raztegljivim ležeščem za dve osebi.
V hiši je brezžični internet in televizija s satelitskimi programi. Za hišo se nahaja tudi manjša terasa z zunanjim pohištvom in žarom.
Pred hišo je parkirišče samo za 1 avtomobil, gostje pa morajo parkirati čim bližje hiši in poskrbeti, da avto ne blokira ceste.

We loved everything- the place was clean, comfortable and had board games available that we played at night in front of the woodstoves. There were two large family rooms for hanging out in. I'd recommend bringing your own seasonings, oil/butter for cooking if you plan on using the kitchen. One day, we hiked from the house up to Ostrijca and then down into Bled (difficult but worth it), then after spending the day by the lake we took a quick inexpensive bus ride back to the village. Another day we loved visiting the Vintgar Gorge.

On the other hand it's located very close to Bled and to Bohinj. What's more, it's fantastic that in the village few walking paths start. We had fantastic holidays there! :)

We stayed there as a family of 5 with teens, 17, 14 and 10. The location is outside of Bled, with turned out to be the best advantage of this place.the house is fully equipped and has plenty of space. It has a private parking, and even a washing machine. We loved every bit of this place. Well recommended!

When I was looking for a good place to stay in Slovenia for our Christmas holiday I found the Bela cottage but had no reviews at all. The place looked great from the first time I saw the post. I still booked the place as the owner, was very helpful answering my questions before placing the booking. Now I am making sure to leave a review for anyone who will be looking for a great place to stay in Bohinjska Bela, a very quiet village with a great atmosphere. We were staying at the Bela Cottage in the Christmas period and this was the first experience for us of a holiday in winter. Bela cottage offered all the needs that we were looking for. One would recommend that you have a car when staying here especially in winter although Bled is not so far away from the cottage. When we arrived at the cottage at night we found that Ralph prepared some Christmas decorations and even a pannetone and some chocholate father Christmas. This place has everything a family would need to stay here and it is also very cosy. We were also lucky to wake up on the last day of our holiday to some 6 inches of snow. The place was wonderful covered in snow like a Christmas Card.
