Charming terraced house, located in a quiet neighborhood in Lucija, a small seaside town on the Southern side edge of Slovenia’s main coastal resort, Portorož. The house ffers a net floor area of 157.90 m² on a plot of 111 m². Built in 1992 and first inhabited in 1997, the house has 3 levels: The ground floor includes an entrance hall, hallway, guest toilet, a large storage room, a garage, and a laundry room with a hydromassage shower.
