The house is within walking distance of several excellent local restaurants and amenities with fantastic walking and mountain biking right from the doorstep (including the spectacular triple border point between Slovenian Italy and Austria and the magnificent Tamar valley), amongst Slovenia's best cross country skiing a few minutes walk away and 3km to the world famous ski jumping / nordic skiing centre at Planica, home to world cup ski jumping every March: Slovenia's biggest annual sporting event. The Italian border is less than 1km away and 6km further are the spectacular Fusine lakes and the excellent ski resort at Tarvisio Monte Lussari is just 15 minutes drive from the house. The four apartments each offer extremely spacious, comfortable and well equipped accommodation, each with large balconies with fantastic views and a communal games room, boiler room, ski storage room and kid's soft play room in the basement. The Villa itself offers uninterrupted views of some of the Julian Alps’ most majestic peaks and offers a huge amount of stunning walking and mountain biking from the doorstep – for example up the wonderful Tamar Valley into the Triglav National Park or to the Triple Border, the point where Italy, Austria & Slovenia meet. Fully equipped excellent holiday chalet with 4 apartments in a sought after location and with great tourist rental potential and a solid rental history / business built up over the last 10 years. The building has been very well maintained since construction in 2006 and is sold in excellent condition, fully equipped for rental.
