The two rental apartments at Villa Prule renovated in 2017 / 2018 both offer an excellent standard of rental accommodation and comfort, combining modern comforts and a contemporary fit out but retaining the character of this charming 1920's bourgeois villa.
1st floor apartment: spacious open plan living room / dining room - high ceilings, bright, balcony with garden views. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer & well equipped for home cooking. Spacious bathroom with double sink and walk in shower /  as washing machine. Additional separate toilet. 2 spacious and comfortable double bedrooms and smaller single bedroom.
Penthouse is on the second floor and loft level (duplex) with a very large open plan loft style living space - with high ceilings, plentiful windows / natural light and balcony access. Separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer & oven. 2 bathrooms, each with shower enclosure. 2 bedrooms on lower level, one double, one twin (with walk in closet). Upper loft level bedroom with roof windows on three sides and great views over the city. Double sofa bed in the living room. Separate laundry room with washing machine. Even though there is Aircon in the Penthouse apartment as it is a loft apartment it can get hot in the top bedroom when weather is very hot in the summer.
Outside the building is a private gated off-street parking area with 1 space reserved for the Penthouse apartment and 1 space for 1st Floor apartment. Additional payable parking options are on the street.
