Located on the second floor of the building, Villa Prule Penthouse offers an excellent standard of rental accommodation and comfort, combining modern comforts and a contemporary fit out (last renovated 2017) but retaining the character of this charming 1920's bourgeois villa. Entering the apartment you come into a very large open plan loft style living space - with high ceilings, plentiful windows and natural light and access to the balcony which is next to the dining area. The kitchen is separate and located facing the dining area, offering excellent equipment (dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, oven) for home cooking if you need a break from the excellent selection of local restaurants. The two bathrooms, each with shower enclosure are also located off the living area as well are two bedrooms, one double, one twin (with walk in closet). Stairs lead from the living area to an upper loft level bedroom with roof windows on three sides and great views over the city. Additional sleeping space can be found in the living room in the form of a double sofa bed. The penthouse is air conditioned. Just outside the apartment is a laundry room which is private for the Penthouse apartment and offers a washing machine for guest usage. Outside the building is a private gated off-street parking area with 1 space reserved for the Penthouse apartment and an additional space sometimes available on request. Even though there is Aircon in the apartment as it is a loft apartment it can get hot in the top bedroom when weather is very hot in the summer.
