The 1st floor apartment at Villa Prule, fully renovated in 2018, offers an excellent standard of rental accommodation and comfort, combining modern comforts and a contemporary fit out but retaining the character of this charming 1920's bourgeois villa. The entry hall leads to spacious open plan living room / dining room - with high ceilings, lots of natural light and access to the balcony with garden views. The kitchen faces the dining area and offers dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer and is well equipped for home cooking if you need a break from the excellent selection of local restaurants. The bathroom is very large with double sink and comfortable walk in shower as well as washing machine. There is an additional separate toilet. The two double bedrooms are both spacious and comfortable, whilst the single bedroom is smaller but a great space with windows on two sides. Outside the building is a private gated off-street parking area with 1 space reserved for the Penthouse apartment and an additional space sometimes available on request.
