The Hvala is something of an institution in Kobarid mainly thanks to the reputation of its superb restaurant the Topli Val which specialises in seafood and is widely recognised as one of Slovenia's best places to eat. The hotel matches the restaurant for the quality of its newly decorated rooms and facilities and the friendliness of staff. A very nice place to stop for a few days or longer!
