Created by Slovenia's most famous caterer, this lovely hotel a few minutes drive from Ljubljana airport builds on the Jezersek family's reputation for excellence with top class rooms and a wonderful restaurant in a peaceful location in the village of Zgornji Brnik. For once, an airport hotel that you won't want to leave!


The Jezersek hotel is located on the edge of the small village of Zgornji Brnik just a 5 minute taxi ride from Ljubljana airport (2km) and 4km from the gondola station for the popular ski resort of Krvavec. Set back from the road behind a stream, the hotel complex is accessed by a small bridge and has a peaceful and secluded feel - and there is very little if any airport noise.

Bus connections to Ljubljana and Bled are available from Ljubljana Airport. There are a range of local bus and train connections at Kranj (the nearest big town cca 15 minutes drive away) or Ljubljana (25 minutes drive).


The Jezersek Ljubljana airport hotel offers a far higher level of comfort and character than you'd expect from most so called "airport hotels". Rooms are finished a very high standard in a contemporay style with a touch of the old rustic feel of the original farmhouse buildings. In addition to the main hotel area there is also a separate 4 room building called the "Domačija 1768" which is fully renovated but has a much more rustic feel and features beautiful restored antique furnishings

Local and regional dishes drawing from Slovenia's gastronomic heritage, presented in a modern way. Excellent seasonal menus such as asparagus week!

There is a lovely garden / courtyard surrounded by the various buildings comprising the hotel and with a stream on one side. Meals and drinks are served in the garden in Summer months.
