LOCATION

The Hotel Plesnik is in a wonderful location at the head of the Logarska Dolina with stunning views down this most beautiful and unspoilt of alpine valleys. The area offers plenty of outstanding walking of various levels of difficulty, including walks up to the lovely Rinka waterfall. otherwise there is not a huge amount to do, which, of course, adds to its charm for people looking for a peaceful break in a wonderfully unspoilt (even by Slovenian standards!) alpine environment. Distance to the nearest…	Sights	The hotel is in the heart of the Logarska Dolina (Logar Valley) which is one of the most stunning unspoilt valleys in Slovenia and home to the lovely Rinka waterfall. It is quieter than other mountain resorts in Slovenia which is great if you are looking for complete peace,quiet and relaxation. There are still abundant opportunities for exceptional walking and mountain biking in and around the valley.

Distance to the nearest airport(s)	120 minutes drive to Ljubljana / Klagenfurt airports (NB direct route to Klagenfurt may only be possible in Summer months due to mountain roads)
Other useful local transport connections	Local bus connections run up and down the Savinje Valley to the head of the Logar Valley, but are relatively infrequent and a car is recommended.
