Run by the owners of one of Ljubljana's outstanding and long established Pri Vitezu restaurant, the Lesar is the latest and, in our view, best boutique hotel Ljubljana. Located in a beautiful and tastefully renovated medieval townhouse on one of the prettiest streets in the old town with fabulous rooms and garden, the Lesar is undoubtedly one of Ljubljana's most enjoyable hotels and surprisingly good value.

The Lesar Angel boutique hotel is located on Gornji Trg in facing a lovely square at the end of the in the pedestrianised old town area, where Stari trg meets Gornji Trg, directly under Ljubljana Castle Hill. A fabulous atmospheric location with all the attractions of the old town at your fingertips.....and no traffic!

Please note it is not a regular restaurant so recommend booking in advance to eat at the hotel. The food however is excellent as the hotel is part of a group of companies which includes some of Ljubljana's top restaurants. Drinks can be served in the breakfast room. In Summer months there is a garden grill seving food in the garden behind the hotel.

The garden is siutated directly below the Castle tower and is a lovely area for relaxing in the heart of the city. it also offers direct access onto the "Cat's path" a popular route to get up to the castle by foot.
