The Kristal Hotel Bohinj is a friendly mid sized family run alpine alpine style hotel in the village of Ribcev Laz just a few minutes walk from Lake Bohinj. Newly built in the local style, the Kristal successfully combines modern comforts and facilities with more traditional alpine charm in a lovely setting..

The Hotel Kristal is located in an attractive position in the lovely village of Ribcev Laz about 500m from the shores of Lake Bohinj. The area offers a huge range of things to do all year round - from sunbathing on the lake shore, to skiing at Vogel or Kobla (both 5 minutes drive from the hotel), from kayaking on the lake to fly fishing on the Sava Bohinjka or hiking up one of the many beautiful peaks in the area. Local bus connections from Lake Bohinj to Lake Bled and onwards to Ljubljana and elsewhere. There is a train station at Bohinjska Bistrica 5 minutes drive from the Hotel. From here there are connections to Bled and beyond and there is also a fantastic car train service which which takes you and your car to the lovely Soca Valley in an hour.
