LOCATION

Bohinjko Lake Bohinj Apartment is located in an extremely convenient position just 250m from Lake Bohinj at Ribčev Laz in walking distance to a wide range of amenities including restaurants, bars, supermarket and tourist office not to mention beaches on the Lake, the Sava Bohinjka River and a huge range of cycling and biking trails. The building is located on the road running from Bled - Bohinjska Bistrica to the Lake. This road can get reasonably busy with tourists in summer months but the house is set back from the road and the apartment on the second floor so noise is limited and bedroom is also towards the back of the building. Lake Bohinj itself is a serene lake surrounded by towering peaks and pristine forests considered by many to be the most beautiful part of Slovenia. In summer the Lake offers the opportunity for kayaking, sailing and rowing, as well as fly-fishing, swimming or just relaxing on the lake shore. The mountains of Lake Bohinj are fantastic for walking and arguably the best place to start climbs up Slovenia's highest mountain, Triglav. They also offer scope for great mountain biking, canyoning, paragliding as well as skiing.
