...and if you have never been there has never been a better time. It’s a small place, but don’t let that deceive you – it packs an astonishing scenic and cultural diversity for its size, from pristine alpine landscapes to medieval Venetian coastal towns, and yet also somehow it remains relatively untouched by mass tourism. Whilst it retains a strong sense of its own traditions, it is also an economically and socially dynamic place, with a huge amount to attract not just tourists but businesses and private investors in Slovenian property.

Who are we?
Buying Slovenian property through licensed real estate agents:
Think Slovenia is a fully licensed and insured Slovenian real estate agency. We recommend that all potential buyers of property in Slovenia use the services of a licensed Slovenian real estate agent. Real estate agents in Slovenia are responsible for more of the sales process than you might be used to in your country of origin and in order to become registered, agents must take an in-depth training course and sit exams covering all aspects of Slovenian property - from the law to agency practice. Every practising agency must then take professional indemnity insurance which gives Slovenian property buyers and their money an additional layer of security. Think Slovenia does not simply contract licensed brokers to conduct sales but it is part owned and managed by a registered Slovenian property broker (Pia Tuma Bendall).
The company is run by Dan Bendall & Pia Tuma Bendall a British / Slovenian couple with a love for Slovenia and its culture and with many years experience of offering Slovenian related services, not to mention doing business and living in both countries.
Our aim has been to create a company that offers high levels of personal service and expertise in all the main areas where foreigners in Slovenia may require assistance.
